Inclement Weather Policy:

Your appointment matters, rain or shine. This page outlines how we handle rescheduling due to rain, snow, or extreme temperatures. At Diamond Plus Detailing, we prioritize your satisfaction and your car’s safety. 

We always strive our best to provide the best detailing services, no matter rain or shine. We usually come and work on the car during the rain, if it is an interior job. We will not wash the exterior if it is raining. In the event of a thunderstorm forecasted, your appointment will be cancelled, and rescheduled to the next business day, or rescheduled to your preferred date to suit your needs. We apologize in advance if any cancellations arise due to the Inclement Weather. Our team will always plan ahead based on the weather, but sometimes, the weather cannot be predicted.
