What products do you use?Â
We use the highest grade chemicals, tested in our own cars, ensured to not scratch, and ensured to clean. Each one of our chemicals are sourced by responsible suppliers, and tested vigorously to ensure that your car will not be damaged, and it's cleaning efficiency is not depleted. We use all types of cleaners, such as All Purpose, Leather Conditioners, Ceramic Coatings and more to bring back your vehicle's factory like appearance. What is your cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy is very lenient. We allow clients 24 hours to notify us in the event of an urgency to cancel. Any cancellations after the 24 hour mark will result in a fee, or a refusal of service. Please ensure to notify us immediately in the event that you may need to cancel.
What to do, there is a scratch on my vehicle!
Most scratches are there prior to us detailing it. We take pictures of the before and after, with timestamps to ensure the safety of our clients and team. Any complaints can be made to our e-mail address, located on the contact us page. Please understand that some scratches may not be able to come off, and may not be able to come off as well. We always try our best to remove everything! Certain things are bound to not come off.
While my mats are drying, what can I use?
When a customer books an interior detail with us, we always clean and condition their mats. We ask the customer to let the mat air dry for 24+ hours for maximum cleaning efficiency. There is a possibility to damage your carpets if they are damp, and re-placed before the 24 hour mark. We may be able to provide you with complimentary paper mats. If you would like them, please ask one of our team members. If you have your own second pair of mats, feel free to use them!
How do I maximize the amount of time my car stays clean for?
We always recommend customers to perform their own due diligence. Some customers may have a maintenance plan with us (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, bi-monthly). We always recommend to take trash out each time there is any debris left in your car, and make sure to frequently wash it, to ensure that your car stays clean for the longest time possible. If you would like to create a maintenance plan with us, please feel free to contact us, and we will be more than happy to create a plan tailored for your individual needs.
Do you offer discounts?
We offer a multi-car discount. If you detail 2+ of your vehicles with us, we can give you a maximum discount of up to 10%. For vehicles more than 2, please contact a team member, and we can work out a discount for multiple vehicles.
Where are you located?
We are based off Milton, Ontario, but are mobile, so we come to you! There is not a need to drive far to go to the car-wash, when the car-wash comes to you now!

Do you require anything before detailing?
No. We bring everything! All we require is a water source, and an electrical outlet. Leave the rest to us!
Why are your charges so high?
Our charges are based on the competitive market of the Auto Detailing Industry. Many other detailers would do your car, for a cheaper price, but the quality of their detail will be much less, as compared to us. We charge more, based on our experience, and several other contributing factors. We do not use store-bought chemicals that you can find anywhere, such as at a grocery store. We use chemicals tailored for your vehicle, tested to ensure their cleaning power stays maximized, and ensured not to damage your vehicle. You are always welcome to ask for multiple quotes.
